Does ECPR provide financial assistance for attending the Methods School? How do I access the Member registration fee rate? What courses do you offer? How many ECTS credits can I earn per course? Am I able to enrol in more than one course within the same week at the Methods School?

A five-day course will require between 75 and 100 hours of study. 


To earn three ECTS credits, you will need to invest approximately 75 hours of your time. This includes around:

  • 45 hours for pre-course tasks and familiarising yourself with the content provided on the Learning Management System (LMS);
  • 15 hours for attending your course sessions;
  • 15 hours during the week of your course dedicated to various assignments; and 
  • if you complete the optional post-course assignment, you should expect to devote up to a further 25 hours for the extra credit.
